Teegan

I always tell moms not to go by months but to go by stages....first when they are newborn 2 wks...so they stayed all curled up....next when they are grabbing their toes can support themselves when on their tummies.....and then when they are sitting up...this is where Teegan is at (traditional 6 mo) sitting up and smiling....this age they are usually quick to smile they are not shy or clingy yet...his dad didn't think we would get him to smile.....yeah right....the challenge was on :) I love their little hands in their mouths and the last one in the shades is his GQ look :)

 

 

 

Natalie

Natalie's mom and dad were one of my wedding couples (when I still photographed weddings)...it was so nice to see them again and their new little Natalie. Here is a image grouping I put together for them.

Three M Girls

Twins and a baby sister makes the Three M girls....these girls are so sweet....what a day I had with them....of course I love tutu's and hats....this is some of what we got....three sqeezes from me!

 

 

 

 

Ella 2 weeks

Took a little break from seniors today and photographed my great niece Ella....I am glad she came in so early....I love it when they will stay curled up and sleeping....of course we will be doing some announcement cards to send out....she is a sweetie! The baby scale is from her great grandpa's dr. office.

 

 

 

 

Ryker 3 year

Ryker is such a sweetie...he is going to melt a lot of girls hearts...there is always a little sparkle in his eye.  We had a great time playing....got a little nervous on the bridge by the creek...but Ryker loved throwing rocks into the water...and I think I scared him a little when I told him to watch for a rabbit in the grass...I forget that little ones believe everything!  Here's a little peek...

 

 

Kendra 4 yrs.

I always love seeing my little ones grow up....Kendra is going to be 4 already....she has been "dancing" for me since her first visit to the studio...it was fun to play....can't wait to meet her new baby sister. I just couldn't resist putting together some storyboards....there are to many cute expressions!

 

 

 

Catching up with little ones

I don't know how I got so far behind in blogging....but I did....thought I would try to post some children that I might have missed....they are all so cute....some of them have grown some by now or maybe a lot!
 

 

 

I just love the little tutus at all ages.

 

 

 

keeping things simple is always good with boys.

 

 

 

 

boys will be boys....sometimes mom gets a little embarrassed...but the twinkle in the eyes says it all...love it!

It took two times....

Luckily there was not a huge amount of travel time involved to get to the studio....it does not happen often....but we decided we really did not have what we wanted the first time around so we did a second session....and the second time was a breeze...sometimes the best option is to take some more on another day and not get the little ones to stressed out....or mom.

Brother and Sister Fun

Whew....it is a crazy session when doing siblings together and then alone....but when traveling from a distance it is easier on mom than making a few trips to the studio....and when it is all done I can rest.

  it is so fun to capture the all out excitement...I am sure something silly was being discussed.

  and sometimes even the ones that are not caught at the right time can be precious.

 

sometimes it is not the face in the picture....it is the emotion that is there.

got it....both together and looking at the camera....those of you that have brought two little ones in know exactly what I am saying....and you know that we always get something....usually more than we planned. 

Fish'n Fun

Adam was in for his one year birthday pictures....sometimes we just have to keep those little ones busy....and the fish bowl is perfect for that....sometimes things can get a little soggy!

  and then a little birthday cake....he wasn't to messy....there was plenty left for grandpa to eat!

 

of course we also have to take some traditional ones.
